One in 3: A Play

One in 3 grew out of the silence around abortion. Out of the longing for art that rejects the shame and stigma surrounding abortion and represents the of womensome of them heartbreaking, infuriating, frustrating, even hilarious. 

This play exploresthe experiences of a diverse group of women who make the choice to have an abortion the courage, compassion, anger, love, grief, relief, defiance, and ambivalence of individual women facing a decision others often want to make for them, but only they can make for themselves.
